Comfort Zone
if anyone is in comfort zone life will be simple and easy but complicated otherwise. As you untangle the complications it becomes easier for you to dip back in comfort zone again. A change always brings you back away from the comfort zone for that you don't need to jump jobs or hop teams but make sure you open up for feedback and improvements.
Self discipline and self evaluation are the best methods of changes which can bring anyone out of the comfort zone.
