True words

“I no longer have patience for certain things, not because I’ve become arrogant, but simply because I reached a point in my life where I do not want to waste more time with what displeases me or hurts me. I have no patience for cynicism, excessive criticism and demands of any nature. I lost the will to please those who do not like me, to love those who do not love me and to smile at those who do not want to smile at me. I no longer spend a single minute on those who lie or want to manipulate. I decided not to coexist anymore with pretense, hypocrisy, dishonesty and cheap praise. I do not tolerate selective erudition nor academic arrogance. I do not adjust either to popular gossiping. I hate conflict and comparisons. I believe in a world of opposites and that’s why I avoid people with rigid and inflexible personalities. In friendship I dislike the lack of loyalty and betrayal. I do not get along with those who do not know how to give a compliment or a word of encouragement. Exaggerations bore me and I have difficulty accepting those who do not like animals. And on top of everything I have no patience for anyone who does not deserve my patience.”

  • Frustration=>Desire
  • Worry=>Concern
  • Dread=>Caution
  • Flustered=>Excited
  • Alarmed=>Curious
  • Pressured=>Courted

A day in life without thoughts

In order to make thoughts invisible, started thinking on to my own thoughts. Traced the origin of thoughts as my own breath. I think I need to do visit some places in life, making a laundry list to be followed.

A day after I was sidelined

A day after I was sidelined for not accepting others decision but people are not ready to listen to my suggestions. A repeat of college day issue & my Mumbai day issue.

People are people, so trying to understand what went wrong & how things can be improved.

Read an article on Emotional agilitiy/adaptability. Using positive reinforcments to get rid of the negative thoughts. Can come back in flying colors, only time shall tell it.

Life's best decision

Some of life's best decisions that you would make, that would change your life and the world's, would be ones that you'd make not by virtue of the avg. mind or the world's reasoning on a normal day, but by virtue of uniquely-your-very-own reasoning, on that rainy day. It's like flipping a coin to decide and not even checking the results because you know what you want already by the end of it

Good Thoughts

When spider webs unite, they can halt even a lion
If you want others to be happy, practice compassion. If you want to be happy, practice compassion
Failure is the grandfather of success
Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself
A winner can’t afford to remain in a silo
luck happens when preparation meets opportunity
Don’t adopt changes, do adapt them
If you rest too long, the weeds will overtake the garden
Walking a mile in the moccasins of another person, before judging other person
Necessity is the mother of invention but the interdependence is the mother of affection.
Birds of same feather flock together
You are free to choose but not free from the consequence of your choice
our desire to create a win-win for the sake of others is so strong that we lose the self.
If you can’t measure it does not exist.
