Labeling the emotions



Go through the list of emotions that you identified... and assign them labels that are positive rather than negative. For example:
  • Fear=>Anticipation
  • Frustration=>Desire
  • Worry=>Concern
  • Dread=>Caution
  • Flustered=>Excited
  • Alarmed=>Curious
  • Pressured=>Courted
